Residence Visa

This is a point based system where points are claimed for age, skilled employment, work experience and qualification. You may submit an Expression of Interest. Those with 180 points or more will be sent an Invitation to Apply.

To be eligible under this category, you must be:

• 55 years of age or under
• Working in or have an offer of employment skilled employment
• Have a recognised qualification
• Have skilled work experience
• Meet the English language requirement
• Must meet the health and character requirements

You can apply for this visa if you are working for an accredited employer or have a job offer for a role that is in Tier 1 of the Green List and meet the requirements specified in the Green List for the role.
